Production Assurance Starting from the Die
The dies used in our fastener production are manufactured fully in-house. Design, CNC machining, wire-EDM, grinding and systematic tool-life tracking are all managed in our own toolroom.
Customer-Oriented Die Design
Dies are modelled with engineering software based on customer drawings and the intended function of the fastener. Product geometry, target tolerances and operating conditions are evaluated together, so the die design is optimised for performance, repeatability and tool life before it enters production.
High-Precision CNC Machining
Our toolroom operates CNC lathes, milling machines, wire-EDM and grinding equipment for die production. Each component is inspected for surface finish and dimensional tolerances, securing stable and repeatable performance on our cold-forming presses.
Compliance with Standards & Die Tracking
Every die and tool passes quality checks before release. Throughout its service life, tool usage is recorded systematically; required maintenance and regrinds are performed on schedule, ensuring uninterrupted production and full compliance with customer and industry quality standards.
