In our constantly evolving QC laboratory, we inspect every step of production using modern equipment and our expert team.
We continuously raise our own internal standards while not only meeting our customers’ expectations but exceeding them.
We begin with chemical analysis, followed by tensile and Rockwell hardness testing in our laboratory. Approved wire rods are relabeled and transferred to the production line. From this point forward, each step is tracked and regulated in line with our quality control protocols.
All products that reach the packaging stage are checked and approved by our quality control specialists using a range of tests — including Rockwell and Vickers hardness tests, tensile test, metallography inspection, profile projection, X-ray coating thickness test, and salt spray test.
Once approved, products are packaged, barcoded, and placed into our warehouse for use by customers across various industries.
Products manufactured for specific customer requirements undergo additional 100% sorting with Mectron systems and Charpy impact testing.
