Tensile Testing
Yield strength, tensile strength and elongation.
Behind our production power lies our attention to detail. In our advanced quality control laboratory, we inspect every step of production using modern equipment and our expert team.
We not only meet our customers’ expectations; we continuously raise our own internal standards.
It starts with chemical analysis, followed by tensile and Rockwell hardness tests. Approved wire rods are relabelled and transferred to production. From this point on, each step is monitored and recorded in line with our quality control protocols.
Chemical analysis, heat/batch identification and relabelling.
Tensile and Rockwell/Vickers hardness tests per specification.
In-process measurements, SPC checks and nonconformance capture.
Phosphate coating, salt spray, thickness and adhesion tests.
Inline Mectron/optical sorting integration.
End-of-line tests, pack approval and barcode-based traceability.
Yield strength, tensile strength and elongation.
Rockwell & Vickers hardness measurements.
Microstructure, grain size and defect analysis.
Thickness (X-ray), adhesion and salt spray corrosion tests.
High-speed optical inspection for zero-defect shipments.
