What is your quotation response time?
For standard items, we aim to respond on the same day; for custom designs or drawing-based parts, within 1–2 business days.
How can I share samples or technical drawings?
Select “Technical Support” in the Topic field and send us your drawing or technical specification as an email attachment. If needed, we can schedule an online meeting for a detailed technical review.
Visiting and dispatch hours?
We accept visits on weekdays between 08:30–18:00. With a scheduled plan, Saturday dispatch is available between 09:00–13:00.
