Production Processes

We run fastener, tooling, and welding wire production on the same site, allowing us to manage the journey from design to shipment in a single, integrated flow. Our three main production streams work together to shape product performance and quality consistency.

Integrated Production Flow

Fastener, tooling, and welding wire production are interlinked streams. The sequence below summarises a typical product journey from wire preparation all the way to shipment.

Wire Preparation

Raw material is cleaned, drawn to the required diameter, and prepared for subsequent cold forming or welding wire processes.

Tooling Design

Dies are modelled according to customer specifications and product requirements, then validated and approved for manufacture.

Tooling Production

CNC machining, wire-EDM, and grinding operations produce high-precision dies that are installed on the appropriate production lines.

Cold Forming

Multi-station presses form the final geometry; where required, thread rolling and secondary operations are also carried out.

Heat Treatment & Coating

Heat treatment delivers the specified strength, while coatings and surface treatments provide corrosion protection and appearance.

Quality Control & Shipment

Products that pass dimensional, mechanical, and visual inspections are packed according to customer requirements and released for shipment.
