What is your quotation response time?
For standard product requests, we aim to reply on the same day whenever possible; for custom parts or drawing-based items, we provide a detailed response within 1–2 business days.
How can I share samples or technical drawings?
You can select "Technical Support" in the form topic field and send your drawing or technical specification as an email attachment. If necessary, we can also arrange an online meeting for a detailed technical evaluation.
What are your visiting and dispatch hours?
We accept visits and dispatch deliveries on weekdays between 08:30 and 18:00.
